Terms of Use

By accessing and using our Application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and EC Mobile Limited.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our "Virtual Phone Number for SMS" software ("Software") directly from EC Mobile Limited or indirectly through a EC Mobile Limited authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the "Virtual Phone Number for SMS" software. It provides a license to use the "Virtual Phone Number for SMS" software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the "Virtual Phone Number for SMS" software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

Our monthly subscription is priced at $9.99. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or EC Mobile Limited cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the App Store support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or other payment methods accepted by the App Store, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.

License Grant

EC Mobile Limited hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the "Virtual Phone Number for SMS" software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

EC Mobile Limited shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of EC Mobile Limited.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to EC Mobile Limited.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.
